Lyndelle accepts briefs across a wide range of practice areas, with a focus on fact intensive and complex litigation. Lyndelle is an AMDRAS Accredited Mediator and accepts briefs to act as a mediator. Throughout her career Lyndelle has developed a specialist practice in defamation, media and intellectual property law. She has acted in numerous significant defamation matters, regularly representing major media organisations. Her experience spans cases involving serious and sensitive allegations such as war crimes, sexual harassment, medical negligence, murder, and antisemitism, among others. This diversity of subject matter reflects her adaptability and ability to quickly master new areas, and has sharpened her skill in managing intricate, detail-heavy disputes with strategic insight and sensitivity to legal, commercial and reputational considerations. Lyndelle has been recognised as a preeminent junior counsel in Doyles Leading Technology, Media & Telecommunications Junior Counsel – NSW each year since 2022. Prior to coming to the Bar Lyndelle was a solicitor at Blake Dawson. Lyndelle has lectured in Media and Defamation at the University of New South Wales.
