His areas of expertise include insurance, professional and public liability, equity and commercial disputes, product liability/toxic torts, financial services recovery, property/strata schemes, construction, aged care, succession, sports law and disciplinary proceedings. Testament to his expertise and abilities in the Insurance legal market, Ivan was recognised again as leading in 2022 and 2023. Prior to commencing at the bar, Ivan was a partner at a law firm in insurance, product liability, professional indemnity, and commercial disputes.
