Anne has been litigating since 1995.  She practices widely in commercial litigation, and maintains a particular focus on insurance contract disputes appearing both for and against most insurers in the Australian market.  Anne is a recognised leader in professional negligence cases and disciplinary proceedings, appearing in trials and appeals both for and against accountants, doctors, lawyers, engineers and other professionals.
