Adam has a broad practice in commercial matters, including class actions, equity and trusts, contracts, torts, consumer and competition, and employment law. He is recognised as a leader in class actions. He also practices in public and administrative law, particularly migration matters. He is briefed to appear as leading counsel in trials, appeals and arbitrations, and appears in a range of jurisdictions across Australia.
