Matthew Cobb-Clark accepts briefs in commercial litigation, family provision and administrative law matters. Since coming to the bar Matt has appeared led in a number of family provision and equity matters in the Supreme Court of NSW and has appeared unled in a Local Court civil dispute. Prior to being called to the Bar in September 2018, Matthew was a solicitor in a commercial litigation practice at a busy mid-tier law firm. He practiced in a variety of areas, including personal and corporate insolvency, contractual disputes and property disputes. 2012 Matt was the associate to his Honour Justice Dennis Cowdroy OAM in the Federal Court of Australia. In 2017-2018 Matthew completed a master’s degree in professional advocacy at City, University of London. He graduated with distinction in 2019 and received the City University Prize for best student and the Edward Elgar Prize for best dissertation.
