Claire was admitted in 2011 and has practised as a barrister since 2019. She is briefed led in large, complex and appellate matters, and has appeared unled in various courts and tribunals including on appeal. She accepts briefs in most areas of law. In addition to appearance work, Claire maintains a broad advisory practice. Claire is a Co-Chair of the New Barristers Committee of the NSW Bar Association, and sits on one of its Professional Conduct Committees. She is also on the editorial board of the Internet Law Bulletin published by LexisNexis. She holds an NV2 Australian Government security clearance.
