With more than 14 years at the bar and almost 43 years in the law, Edward Cowpe primarily practises in commercial litigation, including corporate and commercial matters (misleading and deceptive conduct, corporate oppression, valuation disputes, and insolvency issues), construction disputes, banking and finance matters (including loan and security enforcement) and professional liability matters. Edward also has had many appointments as a referee or facilitator of joint expert conclaves. Prior to coming to the bar, Edward worked as a solicitor at Baker & McKenzie and was a Partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth for 20 years.
