Grace accepts briefs in all areas of the law, and specialises in labour law, including employment, industrial, and anti-discrimination law. She also practises in class action matters, media and defamation law, commercial law, public law, and building and construction law. Prior to coming to the bar, Grace worked in senior advocate roles in Australian trade unions, developing and implementing litigation strategy. Grace has extensive experience in Commonwealth courts and tribunals, including at appellate level. Grace brings to each matter a strong focus on the critical issues and encourages a collaborative and strategic approach to litigation.
