Owen obtained a Bachelor of International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney, a Juris Doctor from the University of NSW and is a Master of Laws candidate at the University of Melbourne. Owen was an Associate to the Hon Justice Stewart of the Federal Court of Australia in 2021.
